I didn&#39;t expect Ho Chi Minh City to have such authentic Cantonese cuisine. The fried rice with hibiscus eggs is delicious, the grains are clear, and the Cantonese snacks are very good. The chicken feet are delicious. The shrimp in the shrimp dumplings are full and the meat is tight.

Ngan Dinh Restaurant

I really enjoyed this place. There are more glamorous settings for sushi available in HCMC (such as Yen), and this is not cheap, but the setting really made me feel like I was in Tokyo (I have been there before) and it was authentic food. The sashimi was like butter and just melted in my mouth. Definitely a nice place to eat if you are looking for really genuine sushi.

没想到胡志明市有这么地道的粤菜，里面的芙蓉蛋炒饭很好吃，粒粒分明，还有广式点心很不错，凤爪很好吃，虾饺里面的虾肉爆满，肉也紧实。

Amazing, one of the best Chinese food in town, must try for everyone.
